晚摘甜酒。酒色金黃澄亮，嗅聞有橙皮、橙花、甘草、白胡椒以及迷人的椴花氣息。以盈潤口感迎人，啖有甘草滋味，接著感知到極精準、極精煉、極複雜的風味，還釋出有白松露、糖炒栗子、苦橙皮以及洋甘菊花茶風韻，整體甘美誘人而極輕巧，尾韻可說「繞樑三日不休」。（品酒時間：2016/07）。
