此為灰皮諾（海拔350-400公尺）貴腐甜酒，酒精度11%。酒色金黃透亮，鼻息極為複雜，嗅有蜂蠟、甘草、紅醋栗、蕈菇、白松露以及漬薑片等氣息。入口，風味極純淨，伴隨極佳酸味，質地一如水晶打造般清透，複雜度趨近完美，中後段以風乾橘皮滋味為主，飲來細滑精練有如天上人間，尾韻帶白巧克力氣息，綿長似無止盡。（品酒時間：2016/07）。
