2016 Domaine Pierre Frick Strangenberg Pinot Noir Pur Vin
釀造與裝瓶前都不添加二氧化硫。酒精度12.5%。深紅寶石酒色，略濁。嗅聞有梅子、香料、草莓、枯葉以及些微的蕈菇氣息，與一般的阿爾薩斯黑皮諾聞起來非常不一樣（尤其酒質年輕時），口感柔潤，但架構十足，中段飽滿，啖有蕈菇以及彿手柑或是橘皮滋味，後段具有勁道與能量，但毫不厚重。尾韻佳。目前品嚐需醒酒一小時。與蕈菇燉飯或是紅蔥頭牛排搭來相當好。（品酒時間：2017/10）。
