2016 Domaine Barmès-Buecher Crémant d’Alsace Brut
以50-60% Pinot Gris、約35% Pinot Auxerrois以及少量的黑皮諾和Riesling釀成（此年份因為夏多內凍傷，沒用）。酒色淡黃晶亮，聞有花香、略青生洋梨以及青醋栗，品嚐時已經開瓶將近一星期，故而氣泡少些，但風味依舊相當好，口感清新細緻，以青蘋果和青醋栗滋味誘人。（品酒時間：2018/03）。
