主要以Riquewihr周遭以及Colmar市南邊黏土較多之園區的果實釀成，輕微過濾後裝瓶。聞有一些特殊的蘭姆酒火烤香蕉的氣韻，甚是特殊，其他香氣因當天鼻塞，故難以在此詳述。不過我的嘴巴還有足夠敏感度可以品出此為均衡耐飲的優質日常酒。（品酒時間：2018/03）。
