Furstentum特級園園區朝南，為泥灰岩石灰岩質砂質土（Marno-calcaro-gréseux），風味通常凝縮卻又明亮。本莊的Gewürztraminer通常種在本特級園的下坡與中坡。酒精度13.5%。酒色淡黃晶亮，氣韻深沈，聞有荔枝、玫瑰、甘草、楊桃與一絲絲植蔬氣韻。口感甘潤優雅迷人，香料調極為鮮明，質地很溫柔婉約且細緻，嚐有葡萄柚皮與橘皮氣息，後段溫柔似水，嫵媚不張揚，餘韻長美。（品酒時間:2018/06）。
