2013 Domaine Dirler-Cadé Sylvaner Vieilles Vignes
以Guebwiller與Bergholtz兩村的孚日山脈粉紅砂岩園區的Sylvaner老藤釀造。酒色淡黃晶亮，嗅聞有清新瓜果、小白花以及不是很熟的楊桃氣息。入口，柔軟可口清新，酸度與礦物質風味俱佳，整體印象是小清新小滋潤，如夏日樹下吃西瓜。搭配阿爾薩斯南部Restaurant l’Arbre Vert的青鱈（Lieu jaune；Pollachius pollachius）魚排非常之好。（品酒時間:2018/06）。
