2011 Domaine Dirler-Cadé Lieu-dit Bollenberg Riesling
酒莊覺得種植在Bollenberg山頭的此款Riesling酒體過於清瘦一些，現已經拔除，改種黑皮諾，可望幾年後改產紅酒。酒精度13.5%。酒色黃澤晶亮，聞有清淺花香與檸檬。口感圓潤，具宜人以及明亮的酸度，續嚐有萊姆汁風味，整體可口但相對簡單的一款酒，搭炸鯉魚塊（擠點檸檬）尤佳。（品酒時間:2018/06）。
