2015 Domaine Dirler-Cadé Crémant d’Alsace Brut Nature
酒精濃度12.5%。由於2015較為炎熱一點，所以莊主首次在此酒裡加入Riesling，釀酒葡萄組成為50% Riesling＋50% Pinot Gris。最後沒有添補糖液調整口味，故為 Brut Nature。酒色淡黃晶亮，氣韻芬芳，聞有洋梨、薄荷與花香；入口，質地溫潤，風味豐盛且優雅，以熟果香與植蔬氣韻作結。（品酒時間:2018/06）。
