酒精濃度12.5%，釀酒葡萄組成為25% Pinot Noir, 45% Pinot Gris, 30% Auxerrois。最後沒有添補糖液調整口味，故為 Brut Nature。酒色中度金黃晶亮，氣韻豐盛帶點乳脂氣韻，自杯中還探有鳳梨熟果香；口感綿密脂潤酸度佳，架構相當完整，繼續啖有椴花花茶與核桃滋味，整體清新好飲耐嚐。（品酒時間:2018/06）。
