紅寶石色澤，聞有紅棗、桑椹、酸櫻桃，略微煙燻，甚至有些微人蔘雞湯氣息；入口，濃郁集中而架構完足，酸度佳，有玫瑰以及覆盆子誘人香氣，尾韻有礦石，以及甜熟木瓜皮氣味，（品酒時間：2009/03）。
