2006 d’Arenberg The Dead Arm Shiraz

小批次的希哈葡萄在溫柔破皮後,被移至容量五公噸的水泥發酵槽釀造,釀造期間施行人工踩皮萃取,流出自流汁後,剩餘者以古老的垂直式榨汁機榨取,視情況將此榨汁部分調入前者。酒精度14.5%。於橡木桶培養20個月後,選出最佳桶別進行裝瓶。深紅,聞有野生薔薇、甘草、皮革以及些微的海風碘味。口感柔滑芬芳,質地豐潤,但又精緻精巧,飲來流暢,風雅有格,穩韻長美,以礦物質、皮革、甘草與紅李果核氣韻作結。(品酒時間:2014/11)。
