極深紅，幾近不透光的酒色，鼻息既深且廣，卻細膩層次明顯，優雅，甜潤辛香，幾有水果蛋糕香氣，還有漬嫩薑以及甜美大黑李蜜餞氣息；入口，整體深沉細膩，單寧厚實柔美，有黑櫻桃、肉荳蔻以及玫瑰花氣息，餘韻初如泉湧，後如小溪漫衍，極優長，（品酒時間：2009/03）。
