2003 Allegrini Amarone Classico

以傳統釀製阿瑪隆內的品種(80% Corvina Veronese, 15% Rondinella, 5% Oseleta)的風乾葡萄釀成釀成,風乾時間三到四個月,期間葡萄喪失40%-50%水份,因加Oseleta品種,故酒色較深;桶中培養18個月,混調後靜置7個月,再瓶陳14個月。2003年份則顯得強勁圓厚,少了點葡萄乾、焦糖等的經典風味,反而較像法國南部教皇新堡產區的酒款。(品酒時間:2008/04)。
