2007 Bartolo Mascarello Freisa Langhe
以100%芙瑞莎(Freisa)品種釀成,芙瑞莎在發酵過後,會淋經曾用以釀造巴羅鏤所剩的內比歐露皮渣以加強酒體,此稱為「內比歐露化」(Nebbiolata),原理與瓦波利切拉產區的「利帕索」(Ripasso)作法相同,此酒尚存極微量糖分。晶透深紅寶石色澤,聞有酸櫻桃、土壤、皮毛、大黑李等氣息;入口,有略微二氧化碳感,單寧明顯,整體卻顯得清爽易飲,中段出現黑櫻桃、桑椹、乾燥玫瑰花、皮革以及煙燻氣息,適合搭重口味菜餚,如燉野豬肉,(品酒時間:2009/12)。
