2004 Bartolo Mascarello Barolo
酒色介於紅寶石與磚紅色之間。鼻息非常繁複，聞有草莓果醬、甘草、菸絲、土壤、玫瑰、紫羅蘭、薄荷、仙楂、烏梅核、松脂以及白胡椒氣息；入口，豐盛強勁並帶肉荳蔻、小茴香等香料調，單寧堅實優質，尚未完全開展，中段出現蔓越苺甜馨，餘韻極長；可搭蒜泥白肉（蒜頭不要過多）以及筍片豆腐煲。（品酒時間：2010/03）。
