2003 Casa Vinicola Bruno Giacosa Spumante Extra Brut

年分汽泡酒,以100%黑皮諾釀成,葡萄園位於Oltrepò Pavese產區。採用與香檳法相同的「瓶中二次發酵法」,屬於相當不甜的Extra Brut等級(餘糖只有每公升3公克),經過30-36個月的酒渣浸泡陳年才進行去渣裝瓶。此酒口感豐盛帶勁,以熟蘋果、餅乾、酵母以及榛果氣息為主,品質中等,可惜酒精感略重,均衡度略欠,(品酒時間:2007/11)。
