葡萄園來自Au Village區塊，平均樹齡約36歲，每公頃平均產量約4,800公升。整體而言釀法傳統簡單：夏多內手工採收後，直接榨汁，依酒質發展狀況，會在發酵與培養期間偶爾進行攪桶，僅使用舊桶培養。深度不錯，口感豐郁，有白花與檸檬況味，末尾有乾果香。（品酒時間：2007/06）。
