紅寶石酒色，聞有草莓、甘草、煙燻豬肉乾、腐植土以及蛇木氣味，整體香氣清幽，不特濃郁；入口，有絲緞般的細膩潤滑口感，酸度引涎，整體氣息清透鮮明，中等結構，中段釋出薄荷、菸草、甘草以及輕微的咖啡渣氣息，以大吉嶺以及龍眼乾氣韻掩幕完結，（品酒時間：2008/11）。
