2010 Etienne Sauzet Bâtard-Montrachet Grand Cru

以自有以及外購的葡萄釀造,平均樹齡約44歲。整串榨汁,靜置澄清後於橡木桶發酵(3-6星期,發酵溫度在攝氏18-22度),乳酸發酵期間若有必要會攪桶,桶中培養時間約在11個月(45%新桶),後再經六個月不鏽鋼槽培養,輕微黏合濾清與過濾後裝瓶。酒色淡金黃清透,聞有爆米花、烤可頌麵包,氣韻凝聚而華麗。強勁的口感中顯露出精巧的豐潤,結構完整,氣韻精確,質地圓滑通透、脂潤卻輕滑,尾韻極長,以蘋果泥、檸檬皮等氣韻緩步落幕。(品酒時間:2012/09)。
