2011 Champagne Roses de Jeanne Presle Blanc de Noirs
以100% Pinot Noir釀成，產量約1,000瓶，補液Dosage時未摻糖份。酒液淡黃瑩透，嗅有煙燻調、花香以及礦物質風味，背景繼續滲出有植蔬、青梅等的醒神韻味。口感凝縮而輕巧，著實不易，啖有綜合花茶風情：如鼠尾草、馬鞭草、洋甘菊以及甘草美韻。餘韻極長，緩步消退。（品酒時間：2015/12）。
