Furstentum Grand Cru位在Kientzheim酒村，石灰岩土壤，酒精度13.5%。淡黃晶亮酒色，聞有黃李、薄荷以及鮮明花香；入口，柔滑，極佳且爽口的礦物質風味（在灰皮諾而言顯得相當罕見），口感深沉、細緻，架構修長，後段釋出有輕微香料調，尾韻源源不絕地誘人。（品酒時間：2015/11）。
