品種組成約為40% Corvina、40% Corvinone、10% Rondinella、5% Molinara以及5% Oseleta。酒精度16%。葡萄採收後進行四個月的風乾,隔年一至二月以溫控發酵釀造,之後在3,000公升大木桶培養36個月。深紅寶石酒色,鼻息深沈優雅,嗅聞有玫瑰花瓣、甘草以及奇特地有荔枝皮被風乾後的味道。口感飽滿濃縮,但毫無厚重感,精巧可口流暢,啖有乾燥辛香料、皮毛、炭焙咖啡豆,甚至一絲煙燻龍眼乾、滋味,單寧絲滑,尾韻綿長,以甘草、菸葉、迷迭香、乾燥玫瑰花瓣、青苔與一絲絲龍角散滋味落幕。(品酒時間:2016/06)。
