以100%Dolcetto葡萄釀成，酒色深紅，聞有芬芳的玫瑰花、小紅莓與甘草，整體氛芳宜人。入口，果香清亮，非常可口，嘗有覆盆子、小紅莓、新鮮玫瑰花瓣、果味飽滿似可咀嚼感，中後段有蔓越梅果乾與甘草氣息，尾韻佳，略帶輕微似墨水般的氣息，搭我自燉的中式雞湯頗佳。（品酒時間：2017/03）。
