2004 Domaine Georges Jayer Grand Cru Echezeaux ( Emmanuel Rouget winemaker)
完全不入新橡木桶，紅寶石色澤，鼻息之上層聞有白柚以及夜來香，下層則有覆盆子以及酸櫻桃風味；入口豐潤而複雜，雖單寧結構不特強，中段清鮮滋爽，有櫻桃甜香，繼而攜來甘草、白柚、楊梅以及剛凋玫瑰花香，（品酒時間：2008/11）。
