酒精濃度13%。整串以氣墊式榨汁機壓榨三小時，不鏽鋼槽中與細緻酵母渣培養至隔年四月底後裝瓶。口感圓潤甘美，帶榲桲與香料調，繼有蜂蜜、蕈菇、迷迭香與炒栗氣息誘惑人心，老熟地很完美。（品酒時間：2017/05）。
