酒精度15%。酒色中度澄黃晶亮，聞有蜜香、熟洋梨、柑橘果醬、甘草、薑片與人蔘氣息。口感圓潤，香料調鮮明，啖有美味的荔枝、肉桂、白胡椒與灌木叢氣息。尾韻綿長誘人。2021年再飲，末段酒精感過於突出，分數降至9.6（品酒時間：2019/04, 2021/02）。
