酒精度12.5%。雖標為白皮諾，其實以100% Auxerrois釀成。酒色淺金黃晶亮，聞有白桃與甘草，整體氣韻芬芳清雅。口感圓潤干性細緻，酸度優，也具礦物質風味，氣質明亮淨雅，可口滋涎，直到末尾仍舊細膩可人。（品酒時間：2019/06）。
