2015 Vin Schoenheitz Holder Gewürztraminer
Holder特定葡萄園意指接骨木，土壤為易於風化的花崗岩，所以也含有不少帶鐵質土壤，本園多風，較少貴腐。酒精度12.9%，殘糖每公升43克，故為半甜類型酒款，適合搭香料較重或是略帶酸甜的料理。酒色淡黃晶亮，鼻息芬芳優雅，嗅有花香與甘草氣息。口感絲滑稠潤優雅。很精彩的一款酒。（品酒時間：2019/10）。
