酒精度14%。酒色淡黃晶亮，聞有熟果香、甘草與一絲煙燻調。一整個飽滿圓形的口感，帶有橘子、苦橙與優美的酸度，內藏的礦物鹽滋味讓人流口水，尾韻綿長不歇，以檸檬皮滋味作結。（品酒時間：2019/11）。
