2007 Penfolds Cellar Reserve Barossa Valley Sangiovese
以100% Sangiovese葡萄釀成，使用野生酵母在開放式發酵槽內發酵，使用6年的舊桶熟成11個月，每年平均只產900箱。酒色深紅帶磚色反光，聞有紫羅蘭、覆盆子、黑櫻桃氣息；入口圓潤，口感頗有變化，繼之啖有菸草、黑李、甘草以及桑椹的多重風味，（品酒時間：2010/04）。
