以99% Shiraz以及1% Cabernet Sauvignon品種釀成；酒色墨黑透紫，熟美漿果盈鼻，乾燥黑李、黑櫻桃層疊，底層是紫羅蘭幽華，倂有甘草、摩卡咖啡以及逸飛的煙燻況味。有厚肩、有肌理，單寧緻密柔美，飲來心曠神怡、齒頰生香，（品酒時間：2007/04）。
