2008 Pegasus Bay Chardonnay
自2004年份起提早採收日期，不求徹底靜置澄清，以含較多粗粒果渣的果汁發酵，只採部分乳酸發酵，以500公升橡木桶培養，新桶約30%。淡金黃酒色，鼻韻深沉，有萊姆以及椴花花茶氣息，清新鮮美，無桶味干擾，架構精煉緊緻，尾韻佳。（品酒時間：2012/02）。
