2010 Pegasus Bay Pinot Noir

黑皮諾約於四月中採收,去梗後,不破皮,以整顆果粒發酵,釀造時採小批分別釀造,在法國橡木桶中培養(30%新桶)約18個月。漂亮紅寶石酒色,以清鮮甜美的草莓果醬氣息為主,果味集中,單寧順滑,酒質強勁,須待兩年再飲更佳,尾韻以甘草、礦物質、毛皮以及桑葚風味完結。(品酒時間:2012/02)。
