2009 Pegasus Bay Aria Late Picked Riesling
混有部分貴腐葡萄（至少30%）的晚摘甜酒。整串榨汁後，以低溫在不鏽鋼槽中慢速發酵，較新的年份通常會留存有少量二氧化碳以增清新口感。六月中才採收完畢，淡黃酒色，聞有甘草、肉豆蔻、煙燻以及榅桲果泥風味，風格準確，架構明晰，酸度佳，主要以酸櫻桃與紅醋栗風味迷惑愛酒人，韻美長。（品酒時間：2012/02）。
