2008 Pegasus Bay Encore Noble Riesling
Encore Noble Riesling為貴腐甜酒，貴腐程度至少50%，以低溫慢速發酵。酒色金黃澄透，風味集中，細節明晰，氣韻通透中釋出有肉桂、漬橘皮以及義大利高山杜鵑花蜂蜜氣韻，近似德國優質的Auslese甜酒，酸度極佳，中段還有彿手柑糖果氣味，整體風味集中而複雜，韻長。（品酒時間：2012/02）。
