百分百馬姍葡萄釀成，來自南向陡坡，50%在小型橡木桶發酵，之後進行乳酸發酵，酒液與死酵母浸泡8-10個月。聞有蜂蜜、葡萄乾、肉荳蔻、肉桂、焦糖、煙燻與菸絲氣味；入口脂腴豐美，以軟功迷人，不以硬功夫（結構）取勝，香氣迷煞人，（品酒時間：2008/06）。
