2005 Chapoutier Coteau du Tricastin Rouge, Château des Estubiers
品種組成為90% Syrah、10% Grenache，完全去梗，泡皮萃取21天；2/3在木桶內熟成，1/3儲存於不鏽鋼桶，約12個月後混調。聞有紫羅蘭、黑色莓果與黑櫻桃，口感軟潤優雅，但略欠複雜度，適（品酒時間：2008/06）。
