1998 Chapoutier Châteauneuf-du-Pape Rouge Croix de Bois
以100% Grenache釀成。去梗，在水泥槽中發酵，僅使用自流酒，水泥槽中培養熟成14-16個月。深紅磚色，聞有紅茶、黑櫻桃、甘草、紅豆沙、冬瓜糖或是紅糖氣韻。口感強勁豐厚，甜潤可人，續有紅棗豆沙餡、焦糖等氣息，韻長。（品酒時間：2008/07）。
