1997 Giuseppe Mascarello Langhe Rosso Status

本莊唯一混合三種當地品種酒款(以Nebbiolo+Barbera+Freisa混調而成)。發酵與浸皮萃取時間約15-20天,斯洛維尼亞中型橡木桶陳年約24-36 個月。深紅寶石酒色,鼻息嗅有櫻桃果醬、肉桂、橙皮、薄荷(青箭薄荷口香糖)以及煙燻桂圓肉氣味。入口,清香暗藏沁酸滋涎,單寧已服貼,續而竄發皮毛、桔汁、佛手柑、肉荳蔻以及蔓越莓滋味,韻長,牽引出礦物質以及瀝青氣息,(品酒時間:2010/02)。
