酒色紅褐帶濁，聞有草本糖漿、香料、煮至熟爛的草莓、煙燻以及梅干菜氣味。入口，整體強勁豐盛，於口中綻出甘草、蕈菇（有點近似白松露會有的瓦斯味）的氣韻，尾韻以梅子核、南棗核桃糕風味完結，韻長且美妙而惑人，（品酒時間：2010/03）。
