2006 Giuseppe Mascarello Barbera d’Alba Superiore Scudetto

發酵與浸皮萃取時間約15-20天,平均為60年老藤,法國大型橡木桶陳年約18個月。較深的紅寶石色澤,尚在瓶中就嗅到紅棗、甘草、煙燻氣以及瀝青風味,置久出現有清鮮的紅莓果與青苔涼馨。口感甘潤細緻,中濃酒體,單寧、酒精與酸度均衡佳,中段有紅莓與甘草氣韻,愈久單寧愈見絲滑,耐喝,繼而出現菸草與煙燻調,與台式八角香料滷豬腳合搭。尾韻佳。(品酒時間:2014/07)。
