2011 Rubinelli Vajol Valpolicella Classico Superiore Ripasso

品種組成約為50% Corvina、25% Corvinone、15% Rondinella、5% Molinara以及5% Oseleta。酒精度15%。葡萄採收後在高處閣樓進行一個月的風乾,於十一月初以溫控發酵釀造,發酵與浸皮共長約35天,隔年二月以Amarone釀造後的酒渣進行「二次發酵」,之後在大橡木桶內培養15個月。 漂亮紅寶石酒色,聞有覆盆子果味、肉乾以及煙燻調。入口,具有相當好的複雜度,以紅色水果風味為主,且飾有甘草、蕈菇、甘草等風味,層次佳、體裁修長,優雅耐喝,尾韻佳,以蕈菇風味完結。(品酒時間:2014/08)。
