2011 Port Phillip Estate Pinot Noir

園區只有1.64 公頃,2011年時的平均樹齡為15 歲。100% 去梗後,以野生酵母在開放式發酵槽內發酵與浸皮18-21天。乳酸發酵也讓其自然發生,未額外添加乳酸菌。後在法國橡木桶培養12個月(20%新桶)。酒精13%。淡紅寶石酒色,聞有覆盆子、甘草與草莓氣息,極為芬芳。入口,芳馨依舊綻滿整個口腔,酸度與均衡俱佳,質地柔美,具清透優雅風情,續嘗有礦物質風味,使酒體輕巧,還啖有甘草、皮革、皮毛與白胡椒,體例緊致修長,餘韻美長,有紅石榴風味,整體有似Chambolle Musigny酒風。(品酒時間:2014/02)。
