2011 Kooyong Estate Pinot Noir

由Kooyong的幾塊自有葡萄園果實釀造後、混調而成。手工採收、去梗後,以野生酵母在開放式酒槽發酵與浸皮18-21天,乳酸發酵自然進行,不添加乳酸菌。之後在法國橡木桶培養十個月(15%新桶),又在大木槽培養十個月後裝瓶。酒精度13%。清亮紅寶石酒色,紅莓、紅色漿果果醬氣息,氣韻相當深沉;入口,飽滿、帶香料調(甘草與迷迭香),繼有新鮮玫瑰花瓣以及白胡椒風味,帶有適切的土壤氣息,整體風格清亮,讓我憶起布根地Volnay酒村紅酒風味。(品酒時間:2014/02)。
