2011 Kooyong Single Vineyard Ferrous Pinot Noir

Ferrous園區僅有1.69公頃。黑皮諾(有10%是整串未去梗、破皮的葡萄)以野生酵母在大木槽內發酵與浸皮23天。乳酸發酵也自然形成,未添乳酸菌。之後在法國橡木桶(31%新桶)培養十七個月,之後未經過濾或黏合濾清就裝瓶。酒精度13.5%。2011較為冷涼,是酒質較早熟的年份。較淺的紅寶石色澤,初聞有紅色葡萄柚氣息,繼而探有肉干、覆盆子、薄荷以及香料風情。酒體圓潤飽滿,單寧絲滑,酸度佳,目前以糖漬櫻桃風味為主,相對於Kooyong的Meres與Haven單一園黑皮諾,整體較為堅實一些;尾韻極長,以皮革、香料以及動人的酸度作結。(品酒時間:2014/02)。
