2008 Bass Phillip Estate Chardonnay
100% Chardonnay品種釀成，酒精度13.7%。酒色金黃澄透，嗅聞有洋梨、風乾橙皮、檀香以及鳳梨乾風味。口感豐潤脂密，且均衡與酸度具佳，多果肉般的質地，中段啖有彿手柑糖果、鼠尾草精油以及甜橘風味，有甘油所造成的綿密口感，又不致太厚重。整體風格頗為特殊。（品酒時間：2014/05）。
