2011 Bass Phillip Premium Chardonnay
100% Chardonnay品種釀成，清透淡黃酒色。鼻息初聞清新，再聞熟美，氣韻具深度，有烤麵包氣息。口感柔美圓潤可人，架構不差，但不若同款酒的2010年份完整，酸度不差，但集中與明晰細節可再加強，尾韻以楊桃以及爆米花風味完結。（品酒時間：2014/02）。
