100% Chardonnay品種釀成，酒精度12.5%。酒色淡金黃澄透，鼻息探得深沉甜美，嗅有洋甘菊、熟楊桃以及熟洋梨氣韻。風格清透，酸度佳，口感圓潤，但不過熟，酸度與龍骨俱佳，以洋甘菊花茶、楊桃與甘草風味引人，尾韻佳美。（品酒時間：2014/02）。
