2012 Bass Phillip Gamay
每年只釀約150 箱,自實行自然動力法(也稱生物動力法)後,Gamay紅酒酒質躍進。酒精度13.1%。漂亮紅寶石色澤,聞有草莓與甘草氣息,鼻息甜美,但頗有深度(已經開瓶一天,三個月前裝瓶)。極佳的礦物質風味與酸度打前鋒,續啖有可口的酸櫻桃滋味,架構足,果味豐沛,但質地相當緊緻,整體水準相當好,尾韻以甘草以及些微的馬廄味氣韻完結。(品酒時間:2014/02)。
